Founder, Owner and Event Manager

 

Cynthia is a freelance Event Manager with several years of event management experience. Her business ‘Heart Inspired Events’ was created with the intention of developing ‘events with heart and passion’ and delivering them to the community.

 

Over the years, Cynthia has developed a ‘consortium’ of talented individuals whom, when required, work collaboratively with her to develop and deliver high quality events.

 

Cynthia also has many sub-contractors that she engages to provide equipment and any necessary tools to deliver the event. She has a vast network of suppliers to utilise and in all cases she has at least three suppliers for each service that she has worked with e.g. sound, staging, waste management etc.

 

Cynthia Williamson is a freelance Event Manager with a passion for creating small, medium and large-scale events for the benefit of the community.

 

Cynthia has worked in the area of Community Development for 22 years and has worked full-time in the Events Industry for nine years. Throughout her career she has worked in positions in State government, local government, not-for-profit organisations and the corporate sector. There has always been a high level of event coordination required and over the years she has gained particular expertise and skills in the development and management of large-scale special events.

 

Before starting Heart Inspired Events, Cynthia completed a five-year stint at the City of Stirling as their Events Coordinator and Arts specialist. Firstly as the Arts and Events Coordinator and then as the Team Leader for Cultural Services, managing a small team of event and art coordinators.

 

In this event role, Cynthia managed five annual event calendars of events and art activities for the City of Stirling. These events ranged from local neighbourhood concerts and picnics through to large weekend festivals attracting in excess of 10,000 people

His strength is his analytical thought process and commercial competence. Tony enjoys leading by example to assist organisations develop a position of strength in the market place. He achieves this through ensuring the development and implementation of strategies and objectives, whilst maintaining budgets and operating administrations. â€‹

Tony also enjoys the challenge of ensuring optimal customer service levels are maintained. Through the knowledge that he has gained through senior roles, Tony naturally focuses on quality with an ease of style that experience brings.
