Cynthia Williamson is a freelance Event Manager whose career is defined by passion, purpose, and people. With more than three decades in Community Development and more than two decades working full-time in the events industry, she has dedicated her professional life to creating events that bring communities together, celebrate culture, and inspire connection.
Driven by this vision, Cynthia founded Heart Inspired Events 19 years ago - a business built on the belief that every event should be delivered with heart, creativity, and meaning. Her work reflects a genuine commitment to crafting experiences that resonate long after the final event attendee has gone home.
Through Heart Inspired Events, she creates experiences that go beyond logistics and design — events that uplift communities, spark joy, and leave lasting memories. Whether it’s a local gathering or a large‑scale festival of more than 10,000 people, Cynthia approaches every project with warmth, imagination, and meticulous care.
Over the years, Cynthia has cultivated a trusted consortium of talented collaborators, creative professionals who share her dedication to excellence. Together, they design and deliver high-quality events of all scales, from intimate community gatherings to large-scale festivals attracting tens of thousands. Backed by a wide network of reliable suppliers and sub‑contractors, Cynthia ensures every technical and logistical detail is delivered with precision, drawing on multiple vetted providers across disciplines such as sound, staging, lighting, and waste management.
Before establishing Heart Inspired Events, Cynthia held senior roles at the City of Stirling, where she managed extensive arts and events programs and led a dedicated cultural services team that planned and delivered community events including local concerts and community picnics through to major weekend festivals exceeding 10,000 attendees.
For Cynthia, event management isn’t just a profession, it’s both a craft and a calling. Every project she undertakes is guided by a genuine desire to inspire, connect, and create experiences that matter and leave a positive legacy within the communities she serves.

With extensive experience in logistics, risk management, and strategic operations, Tony leads the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality events, from concept and planning through to execution and post‑event review.
Tony ensures that every event requirement is translated into safe, compliant, and well‑executed operational plans. His expertise spans coordination of event logistics, management of service providers, and effective crowd management, all grounded in a commitment to safety, quality, and seamless delivery.
With significant experience across multiple industries in Western Australia, Tony is recognised for his analytical capability, commercial acumen, and calm leadership style. Known for his integrity, and professionalism, Tony excels in guiding teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. He builds strong relationships, fosters collaboration, and ensures every event runs smoothly, responsibly, and with care, reflecting the same values that define Heart Inspired Events.
